  • CLAIM ENQUIRIES

Each claim enquiry is assessed by an independent solicitor on its own merits and help, advice & feedback provided to the client. Claim referrals, subject to acceptance, are supported by a referral fee which is payable from the solicitor to The Accident Adviceline. The fee payable depends on the type of enquiry accepted and is paid by the solicitor. This is NOT recovered from the client. The solicitor will disclose the referral fee to the client when describing the claim process. The Accident Adviceline takes no responsibility in any way for the advice given or the work undertaken on the client’s behalf by the independent firm of solicitors.

The Accident Adviceline has significant operation costs/promotional costs in placing itself in a position to provide our clients with a first class service. As a contribution to these costs, if a case is accepted by an independent solicitor, we will receive a referral fee for the introduction. The size of the fee is dependent on the nature of the case. The independent solicitor will explain this procedure in full when assessing your claim enquiry and providing feedback as to whether they feel there is a claim to answer. These types of cases are therefore excluded from the statement - 100% Compensation No Win-No Fee & nothing deducted from your Compensation.

  • NO WIN-NO FEE
